On-campus housing at ELS/San Francisco – North Bay
now available year-round!
Pennafort Hall contains both the ELS Center and the on-campus housing at ELS/San Francisco – North Bay
Dear ELS Counseling Agents,
Good news for San Francisco – North Bay ELS students! On-campus housing, previously only
available in June and July, is now available year-round.
Pennafort Hall (Student On-Campus Housing)
Conveniently located in the same building as ELS, this on-campus dormitory offers triple rooms
with suite-style bathrooms. Rooms have high-speed Internet access and activated cable television and telephone lines.
Many Dominican University students live in Pennafort Hall. ELS students room together, but
they have many opportunities to meet American students in the dorm. Dominican University
resident assistants are on duty and available to help students. They also arrange social events for the students living in the dorm.
Student housing at ELS/San Francisco – North Bay is in Pennafort Hall – the same building as the ELS Center!
All students may use the Dominican University of California Student Union - complete with
billiards, foosball, ping pong and a big screen TV. Students have full, free access to all campus
facilities including the newly renovated sports complex, library, computer room, campus dining hall and more.
ELS students are always welcome to participate in all on-campus events and activities.
ELS students can use the weight room and swimming pool at Dominican University of California.

Triple Rooms: $1,350 per session
A $250 damage deposit is payable upon student’s arrival.

Meals:
|
Includes 14 meals per week in the on-campus dining hall. Supermarkets are within walking distance (15 minutes), as are many restaurants. There is a kitchenette in the dorm building with a sink and microwave ovens. Students are allowed to use the kitchenette at any time.

Linens are provided by ELS (sheets, pillow, towels and so forth)

18 years (Minimum age of 14 years during Sessions 6 and 7)

ELS San Francisco – North Bay is located on the campus of Dominican University of California, and provides easy access to everything at the university.
Downtown San Rafael is just a short walk away, as is the San Rafael Transit Center where students can board the bus to go to San Francisco. Students can use the bus (bus stop at the campus entrance) to go downtown or to the Northgate Shopping Mall.
